Can I arrange a personal viewing of the wedding venues?
Absolutely, we delight in showcasing our venues. To arrange a personal tour, we’re at your service during business hours and on selected weekends, subject to our event calendar. Connect with us at sales@theadmiralhotel.com or dial 251-432-8000 ext. 7160 to schedule your visit.

 

Is it possible to conduct a ceremony rehearsal at The Admiral?
While a rehearsal isn’t included, we can accommodate one the day before your wedding. Please note, that scheduling is dependent on other events and must be arranged with our sales office.

 

May we decorate the space with our chosen decorations?
We invite you to personalize your space with decorations such as flowers and flameless candles. To preserve the integrity of our venues for future events, we prohibit items that could damage surfaces, including nails and tape. Please refrain from using sparklers, fireworks, or live flame candles.

 

Who manages the setup and cleanup?
Our dedicated team will prepare your space with our in-house rentals, tailored to your event blueprint, and will also manage the breakdown post-celebration. Access to the reception venue is available two hours before your event, at which point your vendors may begin their preparations. We ask that any items brought by you or your vendors be removed within one hour of the event’s conclusion.

Does The Admiral offer wedding coordination services?
While we don’t offer direct coordination, we’re pleased to suggest preferred vendors who can help orchestrate your day to perfection.

What are the options for catering services?
Culinary delights await, with our in-house catering team! While we require in-house catering for all food and beverage needs, you are welcome to engage a third-party vendor for specialty wedding desserts, subject to a cake-cutting fee.

 

Can we bring our own alcoholic beverages?
In keeping with ABC Laws, all alcoholic beverages must be exclusively sold and served by The Admiral’s licensed team.

 

Are there facilities available to get dressed for the ceremony on-site?
Yes, we offer luxurious rooms and suites, as well as private spaces, to serve as your bridal suite for your convenience.

 

How do we confirm our wedding date at The Admiral?
To solidify your special date, we require a signed contract and a deposit. Payments are accepted via credit card, debit card, online bank transfer, or check—payable to The Admiral Hotel.
