HOTEL POLICIES

PARKING POLICY:

Self-parking will be available to customers and hotel guests at a rate of $10 per night, per vehicle. Valet service is available at a rate of $20 per night, per vehicle. Parking is available on a first-come first-serve basis and hotel does not guarantee an available spot.

Parking provided does not constitute a safekeeping agreement.  The Admiral assumes no liability for loss of or damage to motor vehicles parked or maneuvered on the Hotel’s premises or the contents thereof, except in cases of willful intent or gross negligence. 

SMOKING POLICY:                   

The Admiral is strictly Non-Smoking (non-vaping), indoors and outdoors. Guests violating this policy in public spaces will be asked to leave the property. Should it be determined that smoking has taken place in a guestroom, the hotel will assess a $250 cleaning fee, placed on the guest folio at the time of discovery, either before or after check-out.

PET POLICY:                              

Yes, we love our furry friends! We allow dogs up to 50 pounds for $25 per pet, per night. Service animals are exempt from fees. Pets are not to be left alone in the guest room at any time. Any damage incurred by the pets are the responsibility of their owner, and any associated fees will be charged to the card on file.

OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY:                         

No food or beverages of any kind can be brought into The Admiral Hotel by you or any of your guests, invitees or attendees without prior written consent from the hotel’s authorized representative.

WHAT TIMES ARE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?

Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancellations are accepted without penalty up to 24 hours before 3PM on the day of arrival. Cancellations within the 24-hour day cancellation policy are subject to first night’s room and tax. No refunds. Please be aware that attempting to modify a reservation within the 24-hour cancellation period will be considered a cancellation. 

Special Events may have a different cancellation policy. 

WHAT IS YOUR DEPOSIT POLICY?

A valid credit card is required at time of booking to hold the reservation. The credit card will be authorized  for the length of your stay plus $50/night for incidentals, pre-arrival to ensure the validity. Special Events may have a different deposit policy.

DOES THE HOTEL SERVE BREAKFAST?

Yes, we offer full service a la carte breakfast at Corner 251 Monday - Friday from 7am -10am and Saturday & Sunday from 7am - 11am.

DO YOU OFFER IN-ROOM DINING?

The Admiral is currently not offering in room dining, but pickup from Corner 251 is available during operating hours.

IS THERE A BAR OR RESTAURANT ON YOUR PROPERTY?

Corner 251 is open serving casual American food with a southern twist, as well as beer, wine and signature cocktails.

WHAT ARE CORNER 251'S HOURS, AND IS IT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC?

Corner 251 is open to everyone for Breakfast Monday - Friday 7am to 10am and Saturday & Sunday 7am to 11am; Lunch is served Monday - Friday 11am to 2pm; and Dinner Monday - Thursday 5pm to 9pm and Friday - Sunday 5 pm to 10pm.
